Layman Brewing, Brew City’s Dive Brewery, is a cozy WI corner bar offering quality traditional brews from our in-house nano-brewery, along with simple, tasty pub fare and a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.

Zest Case Scenario – IPA

Made with lemondrop hops and a touch of orange peel, this IPA is nice and hoppy with just the right amount of citrus. 4.3% ABV

Tractorbrau – Farmer’s Cream Ale

A hazy, thirst quenching farmer’s ale. Oats, corn, pilsner malt, and hallertau hops make this beer perfect for hoeing a row, or rewarding yourself for a job well done. 4.5% ABV

Marz Attacks – Oktoberfest

A Layman Brewing first. We finally made a proper Oktoberfest. Malty and sweet with notes of bread and honey. Prost! 5.8% ABV

Not Malort – American Bitter Brown

Notes of brown sugar, pronounced minerality from molasses, & noticeable bitterness from Cascade hops. 4% ABV

Goosey Juice – Rhubarb Sour

Tangy, with an earthy hint of rhubarb. Try it with a little strawberry simple syrup for a refreshing summer treat. 4.3% ABV

Dolly – Belgian Blonde

A smooth body. Plenty of sugary sweetness. A touch of coriander makes this blonde just a little bit of twang. 5.4% ABV

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tried Layman on a whim. All I can say is what a fun place with great employees, beer, and food. We visited on a Thursday night. By the time we left we knew the owners, the bartender, and might have become fast friends with the other customers if there was time. A very welcoming atmosphere. The owners are super passionate about their business and providing excellent food and service. Their brewery tour is one of a kind.
