Mr. Clean – IPA
It’s a bitterbomb! Clean, bitter, slightly piney IPA featuring English Golden Promise malt. 5.1% ABV
Bohemian Tapsody – Vienna Light Lager
Roasty & a little nutty. On the hoppy bitter side but not overly so. Refreshingly tangy, & crushable at only 3.8% ABV!
Stout of Clever Names
A light, dry, and toasty stout made with a hefty addition of chocolate wheat malt. Highly quaffable at only 3.9%. Have a couple, two, tree!
Mama Sais Knock You Out – Saison
Ian’s brew debut! Balanced sweet and tangy, with a subtle backbone of orange peel, & gentle coriander spiciness. Mildly hop forward and refreshing. Put this in your face hole. 5.9% ABV
Kissin’ Cousin – Pilsner-ish
The kissin’ cousin to our old standby, Hillbilly Pilsner. Mild, refreshing, & balanced. Not a traditional pilsner but so good on a hot day it almost feels like a guilty pleasure. 4.1% ABV
Cadia Stands – Red Ale
Moderately bitter upfront, with a mid note of graham crackers & fruity aromas. Let it warm up for more maltiness. “Eye of Terror, meet Sharp Stick.” 5.5% ABV
