Now on Tap:
Boomstick IPA
This American hazy IPA goes down easy but rises again with clean, classic grapefruity hops. Voss Kveik yeast adds spice notes & dries out the beer, and a couple bottles of Zombie Dust from 3 Floyds awaken this ale from its ancient slumber. Groovy. 7.1% ABV
Letitsnow!
Raw Belgian Ale. A great snowblower beer: both refreshing and fortifying, with notes of roasted barley, tea, & a little lemon. 4.9% ABV
Layman Russ
Malty & toasty up front, with wood & whiskey on the nose, a touch of buttery toffee, & a mild hop finish. A Layman Russ will get the job done, guardsmen! 6.2% ABV
Fireside Chat
Malt-forward Brown Ale brewed with cherrywood smoked malt. A touch smoky, with some dark fruit flavors, some roast & hints of chocolate. Very smooth, with a robust body. This won’t make spring come any faster but might make you feel a little warmer for a bit. 6.4% ABV
Opasbier
Pleasantly bitter prohibition-style ale. Balanced, but surprisingly interesting! The beer that started it all. 4.2% ABV
Imperator
Lagered for 4 months, this lenten liquid bread will help get you through the tough times. Roasty & smooth, with espresso & baker’s chocolate flavors up front, rounded out with an undercurrent of dark fruit & molasses. 9% ABV

Melissa Sirovina2023-10-07This is the place you make Framily...everyone is welcoming. The food is awesome (I can't get enough of that ranch sauce). Everyone gets to know your personality.
Amanda Grundle2023-10-06Most welcoming and friendly bar ever, you immediately feel like you belong there.
Marjorie Wright2023-09-12Tried Layman on a whim. All I can say is what a fun place with great employees, beer, and food. We visited on a Thursday night. By the time we left we knew the owners, the bartender, and might have become fast friends with the other customers if there was time. A very welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to going back.

Joseph Murphy2023-08-27This is a hidden gem in Milwaukee. It’s honestly one of the best, if not the best burger in the city. The owners are super passionate about their business and providing excellent food and service. Their brewery tour is one of a kind. I’ve absolutely loved everything I’ve had here and the beer is absolutely fantastic!Google rating score: 4.7 of 5, based on 154 reviews
